Di Xian<\/h3>

Mr. Di Xian is currently the Director of the Science and Technology, International\nCooperation Office at the National Satellite Meteorological Center (NSMC), China\nMeteorological Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from\nNanjing University (2002) and a Master's Degree in Atmospheric Physics and\nAtmospheric Environment from Peking University (2009). With over 23 years of\nexperience at NSMC, his research focuses on remote sensing, satellite data\napplications, and big data system architecture. Additionally, he has served as\na lecturer for multiple training programs on FengYun meteorological satellite\napplications at Regional Training Centers (RTCs) in China, Australia, and Oman. Mr.\nXian looks forward to collaborating with diverse training centers and trainees, sharing\nexpertise, and advancing the utilization of satellite technology worldwide. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Zamzam AL-Rawahi<\/h3>

Zamzam AL-Rawahi is a Meteorological Specialist with a BSc in Physics, specializing in weather radar and satellite remote sensing at the Directorate General of Meteorology \u2013 Oman. Serves as an expert and trainer at the Center of Excellence \u2013 Muscat, delivering satellite application training across the Middle East and North Africa. Passionate about advancing meteorological training beyond knowledge transfer, building strong connections between data and service providers, trainees, and end users to drive innovative applications, improve forecast accuracy, and enable faster, more effective responses to weather events.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Diego Souza<\/h3>

With over 18 years of experience at Brazil\u2019s National Institute for Space Research (INPE), Mr. Diego Souza holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering and currently serves in INPE\u2019s Meteorological Satellites Division. With a strong interest in supporting the satellite user community, he has coordinated a range of capacity-building events in satellite meteorology and contributed to the installation of more than 100 satellite receiving stations across 20 countries. At INPE\u2019s Integration and Testing Laboratory, he has also worked on the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) of space systems and is currently involved in defining payload requirements for INPE\u2019s future geostationary mission.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
