class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">Mr. Di Xian&nbsp;is currently the Director of the Science and Technology, International\nCooperation Office at the&nbsp;National Satellite Meteorological Center (NSMC), China\nMeteorological Administration. He holds a&nbsp;Bachelor of Science in Meteorology&nbsp;from\nNanjing University (2002) and a&nbsp;Master's Degree in Atmospheric Physics and\nAtmospheric Environment&nbsp;from Peking University (2009). With over&nbsp;23 years of\nexperience at NSMC, his research focuses on&nbsp;remote sensing, satellite data\napplications, and big data system architecture. Additionally, he has served as\na&nbsp;lecturer&nbsp;for multiple training programs on&nbsp;FengYun meteorological satellite\napplications&nbsp;at Regional Training Centers (RTCs) in&nbsp;China, Australia, and Oman. Serves as an expert and trainer at the Center of Excellence \u2013 Muscat, delivering satellite application training across the Middle East and North Africa. With a strong interest in supporting the satellite user community, he has coordinated a range of capacity-building events in satellite meteorology and contributed to the installation of more than 100 satellite receiving stations across 20 countries. At INPE\u2019s Integration and Testing Laboratory, he has also worked on the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) of space systems and is currently involved in defining payload requirements for INPE\u2019s future geostationary mission.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
